Baler Ingest API

Push-style ingestion front door for building-data sources that would rather POST a reading directly than run their own MQTT loop. Same wire envelope, same underlying ingest_reading() code path as the MQTT listener - two front doors, one code path, so nothing behaves differently depending on which one a source happens to use.

This document is served live by the API itself at GET /openapi.yaml

• it is not a promise made separately from the code, it is read straight off disk by the same process handling /ingest.
